TECHNICAL ENGINEER

As a technical support and sales engineer, you'll use your technical knowledge along with sales skills to provide advice and support on a range of products, for which a certain level of expertise is needed.

THE PERFECT CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
• Technical university degree;
• Previous background in the Electronic industry;
• Excellent analytical, computer and communication skills with the ability to diagnose and communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner;
Other requirements:
• Detail-oriented, results-oriented, service-focused, and with an excellent ability to work with engineers, responsible for the quality of the production;
• Excellent communication skills, in order to satisfy the needs of company’s customers;
• Excellent computer skills using MS Office software;
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
• Clean driving license.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Providing technical service support to all clients of the company located in the territory of Bulgaria;
• Performing general repairs and servicing of the products of the company for the clients in Bulgaria;
• Researching, diagnosing and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues;
• Ensuring proper recording and closure of all customer issues;
• Answering questions from customers and prospective customers (via email, phone and personal); in case needed, you communicate directly with the experts from different European countries;
• Preparing short visit reports on each visit, with recommended follow up;
• Preparing weekly / monthly reports for the needs of the management describing the number of sales calls, all defined prospects and the accumulated revenue;
• Maintaining the good relationship with the existing clients of the company and expanding the clients’ network.
