Our client is Thimble Toys Bulgaria, part of Lobbes B.V. – the toy wholesaler supplier/ importer for Europe with 32 years of experience in toys business – with thousands of different products of many toy brands in stock combined with great webshop expertise. Thimble Toys Bulgaria’s team is growing so we are looking for MARKETING ASSISTANT who will support the marketing manager to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for the company brands.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Collaborates with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy;
- Sources product related information and materials from quotations, suppliers’ platforms, websites, etc.;
- Keeps correspondence with the suppliers requesting information related to the new products (different types of product pictures, labels, brand logos, etc.);
- Participates actively in various company projects and working closely with sales department;
- Arranges everything needed to get the new products fully presented and on time on company’s website;
- Preparing, formatting and editing a range of materials and documents;
- Provides administrative support to the marketing and sales team.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Fluent English – written and spoken is mandatory;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Effective written and verbal communication skills;
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position would be a great advantage
- Polite, easy-going personality;
- Proactive and resourceful team worker;
- Ability to travel abroad.
