Our client is IMCD Bulgaria – part of international company in the field of chemical engineering and chemical distribution business. We are now looking for skillful and results-oriented SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST to join their team in Bulgaria.
The main role in this position is to assist the sales team with creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations which requires regular correspondence with customers, suppliers and carriers.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Order Management: issuing purchase orders to suppliers, monitoring availability, tracking, processing and organization of transports (import and export);
- Requesting Material safety data sheet /MSDS/ and further needed documentation from supplier and sending required documentation (certificate of analysis, MSDS and etc.) to customers;
- Issuing and signing invoices;
- Follow-up on customer overdues;
- Forecasting (planning purchases and/or deliveries);
- Organization and administration of samples for customers, calculations and sales offers;
- Continuous documentation of all activities in CRM database;
- Preparation of monthly reports and presentations.
YOUR BACKGROUND:
- Experience in Sales Support, Customer Service and Logistics positions;
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices;
- Fluent English;
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Experience with ERP and CRM software (JD Edwards & Salesforce experience would be a great advantage);
- Excellent communication skills.
